Frequently Asked Questions

How are your oils different from supermarket oils?
They're wood & cold-pressed — the seeds are slowly crushed at low temperature with no chemical solvents, bleaching or deodorising. That's why our oils keep their natural colour, aroma and taste. Most supermarket oils are refined at high heat using chemicals, which strips those away.
What does “cold-pressed” or “wood-pressed” actually mean?
The seeds are pressed mechanically in a traditional wooden churner at low temperatures, so the oil is never heated or chemically treated. It's the slower, old-fashioned method — lower yield, but the oil stays in its most natural form.
How long do the oils last, and how should I store them?
For the freshest taste and aroma, use our cold-pressed oils within about 6 months. Store in a cool, dark place away from sunlight — no refrigeration needed. A little natural sediment in unrefined oil, or honey that crystallises over time, is completely normal.
Do you deliver to my city?
We currently deliver across Hyderabad with next-day dispatch. Outside Hyderabad? Add your city to our notify list just below and we'll message you the moment we start delivering there.
