Welcome to Healthy Mantra. By browsing or placing an order on healthymantra.shop, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Products & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but prices and availability may change without notice.
• Product photographs are for illustration. As these are natural products, actual colour, texture and aroma may vary slightly between batches.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders by email and reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs.
• If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

We accept online payments through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) and Cash on Delivery where available. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your payment details.

A note on natural products

Our oils are cold-pressed and our honey is raw and unprocessed. Natural sediment in oils, and changes such as crystallisation or thickening of raw honey, are normal characteristics of pure products — not defects.

Shipping & returns

Delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Healthy Mantra name, logo, text and images — belongs to us and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Healthy Mantra is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
