Where we deliver

We currently deliver across Hyderabad, Telangana only. We're working on expanding to more cities soon.

Delivery time & charges

• Next-day delivery within Hyderabad for orders placed before our daily cut-off.
• Free delivery within Hyderabad during our current launch offer. Any applicable delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic or other factors beyond our control.

Order tracking

You'll receive an email confirmation when you place an order, and another update when it's dispatched. For help with any order, contact us with your order number.

Returns & refunds

Because we sell food products, we take quality and hygiene seriously. For your safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items due to a change of mind.

We will gladly replace your item or issue a refund if:

• the product arrived damaged, leaking or tampered with;
• you received the wrong item; or
• there is a genuine quality issue with the product.

How to request a refund or replacement

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at reachus@healthymantra.co.in or +91 99129 97272, with your order number and clear photos or video of the package and product.
• Once we verify the issue, we'll arrange a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we'll collect your preferred refund method (UPI/bank) when processing.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once an order is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled.
