• Payment information — online payments are handled securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Signing in, WhatsApp & loyalty

• Sign-in: if you sign in with Google or your phone number, Google Firebase verifies who you are. We receive your name, email or phone number — never your password.
• WhatsApp & SMS: if you message us or opt in to refill reminders, we use your phone number to reply and send those reminders. You can stop them any time by replying STOP or asking us.
• Loyalty card: we keep a record of your purchases (in our stores and online) against your phone number to work out your loyalty rewards.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for 8 years, as Indian tax law requires. Account, loyalty and marketing details are kept while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of your request, unless the law requires us to keep them.
